Indiana University Health Community Medicine is seeking a Physican Leader (PL) of Obstetrics & Gynecology.  This role is 60% clinical with 40% administrative protected time for leadership-related duties.  Practice options in the Indianapolis Suburban Region at IU Health Community Hospitals include IU North (Carmel), IU West (Avon), IU Saxony (Fishers) or associated outreach locations. The PL is accountable for leading, managing, and directing all clinical services to achieve specialty goals. Reporting to the Chief Physician Executive, the PL transforms and sustains the practice, ensuring high-quality, multidisciplinary, comprehensive, culturally sensitive, and accessible services.  The PL works to create an environment that is also compatib
