Limestone, a Springstone affiliate offers treatment services to individuals suffering from opiate addiction. We are seeking an addiction medicine medical director physician to practice with a highly engaged team to deliver best in class care.
This position is based in Bloomington and Lafayette, Indiana.

Healthy staffing levels
Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school doctoral program and completion of residency required; board certification preferred.
Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Anesthesiology physicians preferred
Prior Addiction Medicine experience and certification preferred
Current unencumbered medical doctor (MD) or osteopathic doctor (DO) licensure.
Unrestricted DEA and State Controlled Substances registration
Documented references of working experience in an opioid treatment program or documented continuing education in addiction treatment.
