The Administrator will work directly with the Board of Directors and Medical Director to lead the growth of the practice along with an established team of middle management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic business plans, achieving operational efficiency, providing leadership for an enthusiastic team, building out and transitioning to a new facility, and overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management.
Strategic Planning, development and implementation of business strategies
Planning and supervision of expansion, facility build-out, cost and reimbursement analysis and staffing needs
Establish community outreach, coordination of mutual projects with Physicians, ASC administrations and other healthcare administrators, and maintain excellent relationships with potential network providers
Oversee the business and financial affairs including accounting, budgeting, internal controls and timely reporting of performance data
Participation in negotiations with third party payers and ASC contracts based on sound analytical approaches
Liaison for the practice in coordinating its dealings with legal counsel, accountants, consultants, and other advisors
Coordinate the recruitment, development and performance evaluations of staff and assist with Physician recruitment efforts
Monitor benefit programs for staff and Physicians
Provide overall management and coordination of Group’s activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies
Maintain open lines of communication to ensure high employee morale and a professional, healthful atmosphere
Oversee the Group’s marketing activities, including relationships with other health organizations, government agencies and third party payers

Desired Skills and Experience
Job Requirements for Administrator
BS in health administration or business administration. Advanced degree preferred, but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated
Minimum 5-8 years of related level experience in large multi-site medical practice or similar industry
Ability to analyze financial and non-financial data with large capital project experience over $1,00,000
A progressive career history of accomplishment in practice management
Ability to manage staff and organize and prioritize personal work and the work of others with multiple competing priorities and projects
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing subordinates
Knowledge of computer hardware, software and applications, including financial reporting and analysis
Strong communications skills: oral, written, electronic and presentation
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, policy-making bodies, third party payers, patients and the public
